Hyderabad: Actor Kamal Haasan is back in a role that redefined action cinema with Bharateeyudu 2 (Indian 2), the highly anticipated sequel to the iconic 1996 blockbuster, Bharateeyudu. Directed by the visionary Shankar S, known for his epic cinematic vision, this film is set to captivate audiences worldwide.

Bharateeyudu 2 (Indian 2), a pan-India production, promises a cinematic experience like no other. With a star-studded cast including S.J. Suryah, Kajal Aggarwal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Nedumudi Venu, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Brahmanandam, Zakir Hussain, Piyush Mishra, Guru Somasundaram, Delhi Ganesh, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Deepa Shankar, Anant Mahadevan, George Maryan, Vinod Sagar, Akhilendra Mishra, and Benedict Garrett, the film is set to be a visual feast. The film pays tribute to the legacy of late actors Vivek, G Marimuthu, and Manobala, preserving their contributions to the project.

Music director, Shankar and Anirudh to unite

The makers said that Bharateeyudu 2 is a testament to the power of collaboration, marking the first union of Shankar and musical maestro Anirudh Ravichander. The film’s soundtrack has already garnered immense praise, with two songs captivating audiences. The wait for the film’s grand theatrical release on July 12, 2024, is reaching its climax with the highly anticipated trailer unveiling.

Further now, Lyca Productions has confirmed that the trailer, clocking in at 2 minutes and 36 seconds, will be launched on June 25, 2024, with a special event in Mumbai. The makers confirmed the film’s trailer release with a brand new poster which showed Senapathy (Old Kamal Haasan) carrying a bag signifying that he is set to unleash the powerful and impactful trailer on the stipulated date.

Bharateeyudu 2 (Indian 2) is a cinematic masterpiece in the making, with Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies backing the project. Ravi Varma’s cinematography and A. Sreekar Prasad’s editing promises a visually stunning experience.

Meanwhile, the Telugu theatrical rights have been acquired by Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP and Ceded by Sri Lakshmi Movies, ensuring a wide release in the Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh spectacularly.
