Hyderabad traffic police issues traffic advisory ahead of Modi’s visit

Hyderabad: Ahead of the polling date in Telugu states, Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be busy in the election campaigning. As a part of the same, the PM would be visiting Hyderabad and accordingly, traffic police issued a traffic advisory in view of Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi’s visit to Hyderabad on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In this context, it should be pertinent to note that the traffic will be restricted or diverted or routed at the following places and routes:

On Tuesday between 7.50 pm to 8.25 pm, Prime Minister of India will proceed to Raj Bhavan from Begumpet Airport from via Airport Y Junction, Right Turn Under PNT Fly Over, Shoppers Stop, Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet FlyOver, Green lands, Left Turn, Rajiv Gandhi Statue/Monappa Island Junction, Yashoda Hospital, MMTS, Raj Bhavan.

On Wednesday between 08.35 am to 9.10 am: Prime Minister of India will proceed to Begumpet Airport from Raj Bhavan, via MMTS, Yashoda Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Statue/Monappa Island Junction, Right turn Pragathi Bhavan, Begumpet FlyOver, Hyderabad Public School, Shoppers Stop, Under PNT Fly Over, Left turn Airport Y Junction, Begumpet airport.

Hyderabad traffic police requested the citizens to take note of above programmes of the Prime Minister of India and plan their movements accordingly and co-operate with the Hyderabad traffic Police.

Modi’s Election campaign in Telugu states

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is busy campaigning for the parliamentary elections. Meanwhile on May 6, Modi visited Andhra Pradesh to address a public meeting in Rajahmundry. In Andhra BJP government is in alliance with the Telugu Desam and Jana Sena parties. Here in Rajahmundry, Modi would be specifically campaigning for Andhra Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party chief, Daggubati Purandeshwari.

While in Telangana, Modi is coming here to campaign for the BJP candidates representing various constituencies. Here, Modi would be addressing public rallies in Vemulawada and Warangal on May 8 and Narayanpet and LB Stadium May 10, 2024.
