Hyderabad: Happy Hyderabad, a community, is organising a visit to the Rashtrapati Nilayam, the Winter House of the President of India, on June 22 (Saturday) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Happy Hyderabad promotes heritage culture in Hyderabad and plans to visit a different place every week. This week, the visit is to Rashtrapati Nilayam. Hyderabad Cycling Revolution is supporting this event by participating in and promoting active mobility.

The Rashtrapati Nilayam, also known as the Winter House of the President of India, is a knowledge gallery that provides more information about Rashtrapati Bhavan and its estates, along with the belongings of past Presidents of India. The house features a floral clock, building interiors, a kitchen tunnel adorned with local Cheriyal Art paintings, a fountain show, Nakshatra Vatica, and a children’s park, making it a delightful sight to behold.

While speaking to the Hyderabad Mail, Ravi Sambari, the co-founder and core member of Hyderabad Cycling Revolution, said, “Every week, Happy Hyderabad plans to cover one heritage place, and this week they plan to visit the Rashtrapati Nilayam, the Winter House of the President of India.
