Hyderabad Police Expose Molla Shivaiah’s Multi-Faceted Deception Scheme

Hyderabad: Molla Shivaiah dons several hats, once he will be a life coach and sometimes he will be a real estate trainer and sometimes a naturopathy practitioner, and he does all these with a sole purpose, to deceive people, explains Hyderabad police. He went scot free by cheating dozens of victims siphoning crores till the law caught upon.

Despite being arrested by the Central crime station(CCS) police of Hyderabad and released on bail, Shivaiah has resumed his controversial practices. Unperturbed by legal troubles, Shivaiah has resumed producing YouTube videos, targeting unsuspecting individuals with his real estate training programs and promoting Mimamsa wellness resorts and medical camps. This forced the CCS police to issue an advisory.

Luring people into investment frauds

Shivaiah along with his wife Swarna Latha and son Jashwanth organizes indoor and online meetings and collects fees from each participant up to rupees one lakh per participant. During training, Shivaiah advises attendees about his investment strategy about his participation in bank auctions properties, real estate investments on commercial lands wherein he will invest 50 % of investment and 50% amount will ask them to invest by offering multifold profits up to 200% of their investment within a short period.

Hyderabad police in its official statement advised that, “It’s important for individuals to be cautious and aware of any such fraudulent channels or schemes and if you come across any such schemes that promise high returns within a short period, it is advisable not to get involved in such activities”.

After being arrested, Molla Shivaiah was under judicial custody for 88 days in Chanchalguda jail and Molla Jaswanth for 60 days. All the accounts related to the accused have been freezed and properties are attached under TSPDFE Act, 1999 during the investigation and the case is under investigation at CCS, Hyderabad, said the Police.

However, he didn’t mend his ways, after being released on bail from jail, Shivaiah has again started making YouTube videos and attracting innocent people for his real-estate training and Mimamsa wellness resorts and medical camps.

The police cautions the public to report any suspicious schemes to the nearest police station or appropriate authorities. By reporting these schemes, you can contribute to safeguarding the interests of the public and prevent others from falling victim to potential fraud, said Hyderabad police in an official statement.
