TGSRTC invites Hyderabad IT workers for survey to improve bus services

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has kickstarted an online survey for increasing the bus services in the IT Corridor. The survey was shared by the VC Sajjanar, Managing Director of TGSRTC through his official X (formerly Twitter) handle on July 3, 2024.

In the post, the MD called out all the software employees to participate in the survey. “Software employees! Conducting a survey TGSRTC to bring you better, quality transport services in the IT corridor.” And further asked the employees to fill the form and added that the link would ask for the travel information as well as advices and suggestions.

It further added that as per the information provided by the consumers, through this survey, special buses will be arranged in the IT corridor. “The organisation is appealing to everyone who commutes to the IT corridor to participate in this survey,” said the post.

In a poster attached to the X post, it said, “Calling all IT heroes! We are revamping your commute! This quick form helps us understand your bus needs to get you to the office feeling refreshed and ready to code. It only takes a few minutes to fill out. Your feedback is vital for a smoother, more convenient ride.”

What questions are being asked in the survey?

It is pertinent to note that the survey is asking for information related to your daily commute. Some of the questions that the form asks the individual to fill in are as follows, age, gender, how do you commute to office, how many times do you commute to office in a week, preference of AC and non-AC services, features required in TGSRTC like bus tracking, reserved seat, audio system and others, where are you travelling from?, where are you travelling and any other suggestions that one would like to give it to TGSRTC.
