Telangana Bjp Chief Leads With Over 30,000 Votes From Secunderabad Parliament

Secunderabad: G. Kishan Reddy, from Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is leading in the Secunderabad parliamentary segment with over 33,000 votes. He has garnered a total of 128357 votes, putting him ahead in the race. Following behind is Danam Nagender from the Indian national congress(INC), who has received 95173 votes, trailing by a margin of 33184 votes.

In third place, T Padma Rao from Bharat Rashtra Samithi has secured 34128 votes trailing behind the two leading candidates. The vote counting process in the secunderabad parliamentary segment is being closely observed by three parties.

G. Kishan Reddy, from Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is the sitting MP from secunderabad parliament.Danam Nagender who is a sitting MLA from Khairatabad switched his loyalty from BRS to INC after congress sweeped the Telangana assembly elections, 2023.

Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency saw a voting percentage of 49.04 on May 13.
It should be noted that the Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency consists of Seven Assembly segments – Musheerabad, Amberpet, Kairathabad, Jubilee Hills, Sanathnagar, Nampally and Secunderabad.

Telangana state went for the Parliamentary elections for its 17 Lok Sabha constituencies on May 13, 2024. As the results are scheduled to be announced on June 4, the counting process across the counting centers began at 8pm on Tuesday morning. This time, the ruling Indian National Congress(INC) party, opposition Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are in the foray.
