Hallmark Vicinia residents suffer pollution from illegal plant

Pollution From Illegal Plant.

Hyderabad: The residents of Hallmark Vicinia Apartment Society, located within Narsingi Municipality, have been facing severe pollution issues caused by an illegal RCM plant and a weighing bridge in close proximity to residential areas for the past two years. This pollution is resulting in health problems, particularly for children and senior citizens. Additionally, the poor condition of the roads is exacerbating mosquito-related problems in the area.

Gowtham recently posted on ‘X’ and Twitter, reaching out to the Narsingi Municipality and Manikonda Municipality for assistance with the dust and pollution problem caused by an illegal RCM plant and a weighing bridge near Hallmark Vicinia Apartment (next to Myhome Avatar). This issue is adversely affecting the health of the children and senior citizens residing there. Despite numerous appeals to halt these illegal operations, they are still ongoing. Gowtham also mentioned that the authorities had promised to build a C.C road across from their compound, but this has not been done yet.

Pollution From Illegal Plant

The residents of Hallmark Vicinia Apartment Society are facing severe dust pollution and a high presence of mosquitoes. Despite submitting a letter requesting action, they have not received any response so far.

Hallmark Vicinia Apartment Society members have requested both municipalities to take immediate action to address and protect their health.

One resident took to ‘X’ and posted, “@revanth_anumula @KTRBRS, despite repeated requests over the past two years, no action has been taken on the pollution and horrible road conditions. A number of households are suffering from pollution. This is situated behind Myhome Avatar, Narsingi. Please consider this request.”

Another resident urged the authorities to take immediate action to protect the residents’ health.

Gowtham posted on ‘X’, “I have been requesting for 2 years. No results. There is more pollution due to an illegal RCM plant, weighing bridges, and building construction. There is no road maintenance. Please save the health of kids and residents.”
