OBC Students Rally Against NEET, BC leader R Krishnaiah Demands Supreme Court Inquiry

Obc Students Rally Against Neet

Kachiguda: Telangana OBC Students’ Association held a massive rally demanding the abolition of NEET and an inquiry by a sitting judge of the Supreme Court into the paper leak allegations. Thousands of students and BC leaders participated in the rally held from Kachiguda chowrasta to Barkatpura chowrasta. The rally and protest was spearheaded by BC Students’ Union president Vemula Ramakrishna. The rally was followed by a meeting at Barkatpura chowrasta on Friday.

Addressing the gathering, Rajya Sabha member BC leader R Krishnaiah said, “The central government is corrupting the prestigious medical education system. Our medical education has a great reputation worldwide now with the NEET fiasco the system is being criticized. There are strong witnesses pointing out that the NEET paper was already leaked and sold”.

Raising suspicion over the NEET examination he further added “NEET is the most difficult test, with only one or two securing All India first rank every year. But this time, 67 people have secured the All-India level first rank. Meanwhile, those who secured two or three ranks scored 719 and 718 out of a total of 720 marks. But such results have never come in the history of the NEET exam. The fact that Eight students who got all India first rank from the same exam center raised more suspicions over the credibility of the NEET examination.

There is a conspiracy behind the release of NEET exam results on the same day as june 4, 2024 election results instead of June 14, 2024 to cover up the mistakes made by theNational Testing Agency(NTA).The NEET results have come out at a time when the entire country is focusing on the election results, said Rajya sabha member R Krishnaiah.

Krishnaiah alleged NEET, which is the entrance door for students who want to pursue medical examination, is compromised. The NTA (National Testing Agency), which failed to conduct the NEET examination, should be investigated by a sitting judge of the Supreme Court and anyone behind it should be punished under sedition act.
