Lamborghini Gallardo set on fire over money dispute

Lamborghini Gallardo On Fire In Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: In Pahadi Shareef, a Lamborghini Gallardo, valued at nearly Rs 1 crore, was intentionally set ablaze following a monetary dispute. The luxury sports car was completely destroyed before law enforcement could intervene.

The Pahadi Shareef police reported that the vehicle’s owner, Neeraj, had decided to sell his Lamborghini and sought assistance from friends to locate potential buyers. Through informal channels, a connection was established with an individual named Ahmed, who showed interest. Posing as a serious buyer, Ahmed convinced Neeraj’s friend, Aman Haider, to transport the car to a farmhouse in Mamidipalli on the evening of April 13. However, Ahmed had hidden intentions.

Instead of proceeding to the farmhouse as planned, Aman, accompanied by another friend named Hamdan, found themselves redirected towards the Hyderabad airport route upon reaching a particular junction. It was at this location that they encountered Ahmed and a group of his associates.

Following a confrontation, Ahmed and his associates alleged that Neeraj, the vehicle’s owner, owed them money. Despite Aman’s efforts to mediate, the group’s anger remained unabated. Subsequently, they doused the Lamborghini in petrol and set it alight, with the flames engulfing the vehicle by the time authorities arrived.

The Pahadi Shareef police have initiated an investigation into the incident, registering a case and working to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible. As of now, no arrests have been made.
