Hyderabad Implements Traffic Diversions for Ram Navami Shobha Yatra

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad city police have issued a traffic advisory to ensure the smooth conduct of the Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra and to avoid inconvenience to the public in view of  Sri Rama Navami on April 17, 2024.

The procession, set to commence at 9:00 AM from Seetarambagh Temple to Hanuman Vyayamshala School in Sultan Bazar, will witness temporary traffic diversions in the areas falling under the jurisdiction of Goshamahal and Sultan Bazar traffic police stations.

Navami Shobha Yatra Traffic

The diversions will be implemented from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with traffic being redirected at specified junctions until the procession passes through. Diversion points have been established in both the South West Zone and East Zone to manage the flow of vehicles effectively.

In the South West Zone, diversions will be in effect from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, affecting areas such as Seetarambagh Temple, Bhoiguda Kaman, Jali Hanuman, Puranapool, Gandhi Statue, Begumbazar Chatri, Siddiamber Bazar, and more.

Similarly, in the East Zone, diversions will be enforced from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, impacting traffic routes around Bartan Bazar, Gowliguda Chaman, Ram Mandir Kaman, Putlibowli, Sultan Bazar X Road, and others.

The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, urged all citizens to take note of the procession route and timings and to plan their movements accordingly. Cooperation with the Hyderabad traffic police is solicited to ensure the safety and convenience of all during the Ram Navami Shobha Yatra.
