Hyderabad: In a remarkable achievement, 200 candidates mentored by Mahesh Bhagwat IPS ADGP Telangana and his team have successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services 2023 Exam. These candidates are now set to join prestigious services like IAS, IFS, and IPS among others. The top 100 ranks included impressive positions such as 3, 5, 9, 16, and more, showcasing the quality of guidance provided by Bhagwat and his team.

The third rank was secured by Donoru Ananya Reddy from Mehboobnagar, Telangana, who cracked the exam at the young age of 22 on her first attempt. Other notable ranks were achieved by candidates from various states, including Ruhani at rank 5, Nausheen from UP at rank 9, and Ayan Jain from MP at rank 16. From Telangana, Nandala Sai Kiran from Ramagundam secured rank 27, and K N Chandana Jahanavi from Hyderabad achieved rank 50.

The success stories extended to candidates from Maharashtra, with Sameer Khode from Nagpur at rank 42, Dr. Neha Rajput from Jalgaon at rank 51, and Aniket Hirade securing rank 81. Rajasthan’s Khushhali Solanki made it to rank 61, and Vijeta Hosmani from Karnataka closed the top 100 list at rank 100.

The selected list of 1016 candidates included individuals from diverse regions like Manipur, Nagaland, and J & K state. Among them, Adha Sandeepkumar from Adilabad District, son of Telangana Police HC Adhawar Venkatesh, secured rank 830. Vishal Are, son of ACP Jaypur, achieved rank 718. Rank 780 went to Mulgani Uday Krishna, a former Police Constable in AP Police who resigned to prepare for the exam and also received guidance from Bhagwat’s team.

Since 2015, Mahesh Bhagwat IPS ADG Railway & Road Safety, along with a dedicated team of mentors, has been aiding civil services aspirants with their interview preparation. This assistance has been provided both in person and online, through WhatsApp groups and online sessions. The team has also extended help to candidates preparing for Indian Forest Services and Assistant Commandant CAPF exam interviews conducted by UPSC.
To date, over 2000 candidates have benefited from this interview preparation initiative, achieving great success. Bhagwat expressed the sentiment that this effort is a way of giving back to society, recalling the struggles faced during their own preparation days. He also acknowledged the extraordinary efforts of his team members, who have gone above and beyond their duties. These members include Abhishek Saraf IAS, Nitish Pathode IRS, Dr. Shailendra Deolankar, Dr. Vivek Kulkarni, Anand Patil IAS, and several other distinguished professionals.
Mahesh Bhagwat has a message for those who did not succeed this time: to hold on to their dreams, work on their weak areas, and always have a Plan B ready.
