Bureaucratic reshuffle in the state

A major bureaucratic reshuffle happened in Telangana in the newly formed government under the Congress party. The Congress party has shown its power in both the Assembly and Parliamentary elections by winning a majority of the seats. The Bharatiya Janata party has also gained momentum in the recently held Lok Sabha elections by capturing at least 8 seats. Meanwhile, the BRS has lost its hold, as it was not able to make much of a difference in the elections despite active election campaigning. As the newly elected leaders and members of the Parliament were taking oaths on one side in New Delhi, the bureaucratic reshuffle took place in Telangana. As many as 44 IAS officers were transferred and posted in different roles. Meanwhile, there was a shuffle among the IPS officers as well, which has become the talk of the town.
