Allywn fire: CM Revanth felicitates 15 year old in Hyderabad for saving 6 lives

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister and Indian National Congress leader, Anumula Revanth Reddy felicitated a 15 year old boy for his brave efforts on Sunday. The boy, identified as M Sai Charan has saved six lives from a fire accident that took place in a pharma company recently in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Sai Charan hails from Nandigama in Shadnagar constituency from Rangareddy district.

Going into the details, on April 26, 2024, a major fire broke out in a Allwyn pharmaceutical company located in Nandigama in Shadnagar area. At least 300 people were inside the building when the fire accident occurred. Several of those employees who were struck in the company tried their best possible ways to get out from the blazing fire inorder to survive.

15 year old exhibited presence of mind

Meanwhile, in these circumstances, a fifteen year old boy also showed presence of mind and has sprung into action to save as many people as possible. The boy quickly climbed up the building, knotted a rope and offered an escape route for those who are trapped inside the factory, while risking his safety.

His efforts are now not only recognised by the Chief Minister’s office in Telangana, but the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy himself called on the boy along with his family to convey his appreciation for his helping nature and braving attitude. Sai Charan has only recently completed his tenth standard in the Telangana State Secondary School Certificate Board (TS SSC).

The footage of Sai Charan offering the help to the trapped employees and them using the rope to get out of the company has also gone viral on various social media platforms. In this video, one can see Sai Charan guiding the employees to use the rope to get down from a window on the building, which is blazing in the fire from the other side. Meanwhile, netizens have also appreciated the boy for this helping nature.
