Zen Technologies bags ₹404 crore defence orders for anti-drone systems, training equipment

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based Zen Technologies has secured defence orders worth ₹404 crore from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the supply of anti-drone systems and training equipment.
The orders include counter-unmanned aerial system solutions and advanced training platforms for the armed forces. The company said the contracts are part of the government’s ongoing push to strengthen indigenous defence capabilities under the Atmanirbhar Bharat programme.
Execution of a significant portion of the orders will be anchored at Zen Technologies’ Hardware Park facility near Shamshabad, which will handle manufacturing, integration and testing. The company said the facility will play a key role in meeting delivery schedules laid down by the MoD.
Zen Technologies develops and supplies defence training simulators and counter-drone solutions for the Army, Navy, Air Force and paramilitary forces. The latest contracts add to its existing order book and reinforce its presence in the counter-drone segment, a company official said.
