Beware: Hyderabad woman arrested for extorting money from men with false rape allegations

HYDERABAD: Jubilee Hills police apprehended a 32-year-old woman, Naeema Sultan for allegedly orchestrating extortion drama by threatening innocent men with false rape accusations.
Her modus operandi involved hitching rides in cars around Jubilee Hills, asking to be dropped near KBR Park. Once inside the vehicle, she would demand money or valuables, threatening to disrobe and file a fake rape complaint.
The arrest followed a complaint filed by one of her victims, leading to charges under Section 389 of the IPC. Naeema Sultan, 32, faces a total of 17 cases filed against her at various police stations in Hyderabad.
Police insist to beware of such activities and complaint if any incidents take place.
