WE Hub launches ‘Campus to Career’ initiative

HYDERABAD: WE Hub, Telangana’s state-led institution for women entrepreneurs, has expanded its student outreach by signing Memoranda of Understanding with over 20 academic institutions across the state. These partnerships will launch the ‘Campus to Career’ initiative to address the employability gap for women graduates.
This initiative supports state and central government priorities on youth skilling and higher education. Through these partnerships, WE Hub’s flagship program, ‘WE Enable’, will be integrated into college environments, offering students structured industry exposure, professional mentorship, and skill-based learning on campus.
“The recent Union Budget underscores a strong commitment to youth empowerment, education, and workforce readiness. WE Enable sits precisely at this intersection, where policy intent meets on-ground impact,” said Sita Pallacholla, CEO of WE Hub. “Through Campus to Career, we are ensuring that young women are not only educated, but empowered with the skills, exposure, and confidence to lead Telangana’s future workforce.”

This network significantly expands WE Hub’s Urban Student vertical, establishing institution-led pathways from classrooms to careers. The ‘WE Enable’ program develops problem-solving skills, leadership, and practical professional understanding, helping students graduate with clear direction.
This initiative strengthens WE Hub’s role in advancing the government’s vision for a resilient and inclusive workforce. By integrating employability programs into academic partnerships, the ‘Campus to Career’ model aims to ensure the state’s investment in education results in a confident, capable, and future-ready generation of women professionals.
