Vatavarlapalli car overturns, forest staff rescue injured

Hyderabad: A car overturned near Vatavarlapalli while a family from Amangal was travelling from Srisailam to Hyderabad, officials said.
Forest staff reach spot, begin immediate rescue
Forest department personnel who noticed the accident rushed to the spot and launched rescue operations. Forest Section Officer K. Shivaprasad, Beat Officer Saritha and driver Khader, who were on patrol duty, responded immediately.
They safely pulled out the injured from the car and shifted them in a forest patrol vehicle. The team alerted the 108 ambulance service and handed over the victims near Gundam base camp.
Woman suffers fracture, children sustain minor injuries
A woman sustained a fracture in her right arm, while two children suffered minor injuries. All injured were shifted to a hospital and are undergoing treatment.
Senior officials commended Forest Section Officer Shivaprasad, Beat Officer Saritha and driver Khader for their prompt response and rescue efforts.
