Valentine's Bike Stunt Video Goes Viral, Sajjanar Warns Youth

Hyderabad: Valentine’s Day is the day when couples surprise each other with romantic gestures. However, some go to extreme lengths to impress their partners. A young man in Hyderabad took to risky stunts to celebrate the day and express his love to his lady-love. Despite strict enforcement against such reckless behavior, incidents continue to surface on social media.

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Managing Director, VC Sajjanar shared the video of the dangerous bike stunt on X and condemned the act. He expressed concern over the youth’s reckless stunt and urged youth to avoid actions that could endanger their lives and cause distress to their families.

“On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, some couples are posting videos on social media, showcasing so-called amazing stunts as if they’ve achieved something remarkable.

You might be enjoying these bizarre and dangerous acts performed at high speed, but take a moment to imagine what could happen if something goes wrong.

Performing dangerous stunts on the roads just to gain fame on social media is not worth it. Don’t put yourself in danger with such reckless acts and cause distress to your family,” he tweeted, along with the video.

Earlier, Sajjanar shared another viral video from Bengaluru in which a woman is shown working on her laptop while driving a car on the city roads. He commented it is a serious traffic violation and criticized professionals for throwing the safety rules to the wind.

“This is not just mobile phone driving, it’s laptop driving! Are people really so busy that they can’t even spare time to drive safely.

Work from home doesn’t mean working while driving a car. You can use your multitasking skills for productive tasks, not for reckless actions that put lives at risk. It’s shocking to see even well-educated people with good jobs blatantly violating traffic rules.

What’s even more concerning is that those who should be spreading awareness about traffic rules are acting irresponsibly themselves. This incident recently took place in Bengaluru,” he wrote.
