Road in front of US Consulate General Hyderabad shut; Cyberabad police issue diversions
HYDERABAD: The road in front of the US Consulate General Hyderabad has been blocked at both ends for security reasons, the Cyberabad Traffic Police said in a traffic advisory.
The advisory, issued in public interest, outlined alternate routes for motorists to avoid inconvenience.
From ICICI towards Gowlidoddi
Commuters travelling from ICICI towards Gowlidoddi have been advised to take a right turn at the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) junction.
They should then take a left at the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) junction and proceed straight towards Gowlidoddi.

From TNGO Junction towards Consulate Road
Motorists moving from TNGO Junction towards Consulate Road should take a left at Kritunga Restaurant.
They can then enter Prism Road, take a left at Lemon Tree Hotel and proceed towards the Financial District.
Police requested motorists to follow diversion boards and cooperate with traffic personnel deployed in the area.
