Upsc Final Results 2024 Telugu Students Shine With Top Ranks, Warangal’s Sai Shivani Bags Air 11

Hyderabad: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024. The announcement was made on Tuesday afternoon, April 22, 2025, concluding a rigorous selection process for appointments to key positions including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS), among others.

Shakti Dubey has topped the examination this year, securing the All India Rank 1. Following him in the top ten are Harshita Goel at Rank 2, Archit Parag at Rank 3, and Shah Margi Chirag at Rank 4. Aakash Garg secured the fifth position, while Komal Poonia ranked sixth. Ayushi Bansal, Rajkrishna Jha, Aditya Vikram Agarwal, and Mayank Tripathi completed the top ten list with ranks 7 to 10 respectively.

Among the notable achievers from the Telugu-speaking states, E. Sai Shivani from Shivanagar in Warangal stood out by securing Rank 11. She is the eldest daughter of Raju, a medical representative, and Rajitha. Her achievement has drawn particular attention, as she recently also secured the 11th zonal rank in the TSPSC Group examinations, a coincidence that has drawn praise and admiration.

Other candidates from the Telugu states who made it to the final list include Banna Venkatesh with Rank 15, Abhishek Sharma with Rank 38, and Raavula Jayasimha Reddy with Rank 46. Shravankumar Reddy, Sai Chaitanya Jadhav, and N. Chetan Reddy secured ranks 62, 68, and 110 respectively. Also featured in the list are Chennamreddy Shivaganesh Reddy (Rank 119), Challa Pawan Kalyan (Rank 146), N. Sreekanth Reddy (Rank 151), Nellore Sai Teja (Rank 154), and Kolipaka Sreekrishna Sai (Rank 190).

This year, a total of 1,009 candidates have been selected for various services under the Civil Services Examination. Of these, 335 are from the General category, 109 from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 318 from the Other Backward Classes (OBC), 160 from the Scheduled Castes (SC), and 87 from the Scheduled Tribes (ST).

Additionally, 241 candidates have been placed in the provisional list, while the result of one candidate has been withheld. As per examination rules, 230 candidates have also been included in the reserve list.
The examination process began with the Preliminary exam held on June 16, 2024. Those who qualified appeared for the Mains exams from September 20 to 29. Candidates who cleared the Mains were invited for the Personality Test (interview), conducted between January 7 and April 17, 2025. The final selection was based on the combined performance in the Mains and the interview.

UPSC has set up a help desk for candidates seeking more information about the results. It is located at the Examination Hall on the commission’s campus and is open on working days between 10 AM and 5 PM. Candidates can also reach the help desk via the following phone numbers: 23385271, 23381125, and 23098543. The commission has stated that the marks of all candidates will be made available on its official website within 15 days.
