Traffic Advisory: President’s visit to Hyderabad on September 28
Hyderabad: The Telangana Police Department has issued a traffic advisory in anticipation of the Hon’ble President of India’s visit to Hyderabad, scheduled for September 28, 2024. Due to the expected movement in the city, residents and commuters should prepare for potential traffic congestion in the northern areas of Hyderabad.
Authorities advised the public to avoid the following junctions between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on September 28: Begumpet, Hyderabad Public School, PNT Junction, Rasoolpura, CTO Junction, Plaza, Tivoli, Secunderabad Club, Karkhana, Trimulgherry Crossroads, Lothkunta, Bollarum, Rashtrapathi Nilayam, and surrounding areas.
Traffic may also be congested on roads leading to these junctions. Commuters are encouraged to plan their travel routes accordingly and seek alternative paths to avoid delays.
The public is urged to take note of this advisory and cooperate with the Hyderabad Traffic Police during the specified times.
