These air-conditioned buses will operate on a fixed route, passing through key landmarks in Hyderabad, and will provide round-the-clock connectivity. The buses will depart from Secunderabad Railway Station every hour, with the first service at 12:55 am and the last at 11:55 pm. The return journey from RGIA to Secunderabad Railway Station will also operate every hour, starting at 12:50 am and ending at 11:50 pm. Each service will offer 24 trips daily in both directions, with a maximum fare of ₹300 per trip. The journey time is estimated to be 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has introduced six new Pushpak bus services connecting Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad. The services will commence on February 12, 2025, enhancing public transport access to the airport.

The newly introduced service will operate along a well-planned route. The buses traveling from JBS to RGIA will pass through Secunderabad Railway Station, Ranigunj, Secretariat, Ravindra Bharathi, Haj House (Nampally), Gandhi Bhavan, MJ Market, Afzalgunj, Bahadurpura, Aramghar, and Shamshabad before reaching the airport. Similarly, the return route from RGIA to JBS will cover Shamshabad, Bahadurpura, Afzalgunj, CBS, MJ Market, Gandhi Bhavan, Nampally Railway Station, Ravindra Bharathi, Secretariat, Ranigunj, and Secunderabad Railway Station before concluding at JBS.

Timings of the services

The bus schedule ensures round-the-clock connectivity. The first bus from Secunderabad Railway Station to RGIA will depart at 12:55 am, and the last bus at 11:55 pm, operating at an hourly frequency.

In the reverse direction, the first bus from RGIA to Secunderabad Railway Station will start at 12:50 am, with the last service at 11:50 pm, also running every hour. Each service will offer 24 trips daily in both directions.

Passengers can avail of these air-conditioned buses at a maximum fare of ₹300 per trip. The journey duration is expected to range between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions and the pickup/drop location.
