Tgsrtc Job Notification 2025 Released For 3,038 Jobs

Hyderabad: Telangana Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar announced that the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) will soon commence the recruitment process to fill 3,038 vacant posts.

A few days ago, the Corporation MD VC Sajjanar had revealed that the department is planning to fill 3,038 posts including drivers and  conductors among others.

Making this announcement on X (formerly Twitter), the Telangana minister emphasised that this marks a significant milestone, as it is the first large-scale recruitment process in the Corporation in a long time.

Prabhakar said the state government has already given its nod for recruitment and a notification will be released shortly. He said the recruitment process will be completed as soon as possible.

Praising the initiatives of Congress-led Praja Palana government in Telangana such as implementation of the Mahalakshmi scheme which ensures free travel for women in RTC buses in the state, the Minister said the scheme has significantly increased the number of women commuters.

He also stated that over 165 crore women have benefited from free travel in RTC buses and thus saved Rs. 5,500 crore in travel expenses.

Minister Ponnam further stated that the Praja Palana government has addressed the unemployment problem by filling over 60,000 jobs across various departments. He encouraged job aspirants to prepare in advance for the upcoming recruitment notifications. He thanked Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka for clearing the file pertaining to the recruitment process in the RTC.

Depot Manager/Assistant Traffic Manager: 25

Assistant Mechanical Engineer: 18

Assistant Engineer (Civil): 23

Section Officer (Civil): 11

Accounts Officers: 6

Medical Officers (General): 7

Medical Officers (Specialist): 7
