Thunderstorm surge set to hit Telangana tonight
HYDERABAD: Scattered intense thunderstorms are likely to affect multiple districts in Telangana during the evening to night hours, according to the latest weather forecast.
Districts including Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Medak, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy, Kamareddy, Siddipet, Nizamabad, Nirmal, Rajanna Sircilla, Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad and Mancherial are expected to witness thunderstorm activity.
The forecast indicates that these storms could be intense and localised, with activity concentrated during late hours of the day.
Other regions to remain largely dry with isolated rainfall
In contrast, other districts are likely to see isolated rainfall or largely dry conditions. Eastern Telangana is expected to remain mostly dry through the day.
Weather activity in these regions is expected to be minimal compared to the western and northern parts of the state.
