Telangana Weather Dry Till March 24, Rain Likely After
HYDERABAD: Dry weather will continue across Telangana for the next two days, the India Meteorological Department said in its latest forecast.
IMD officials said dry conditions will prevail across the state from 8:30 IST on March 22 to 8:30 IST on March 24. The department has not issued any weather warnings for this period.
Thunderstorms likely in several districts
Weather conditions will change from March 24. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers may occur at isolated places across the state.
The IMD has warned of thunderstorms in multiple districts. Lightning and gusty winds of 30–40 kmph may occur at isolated locations.
The likely affected districts include Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Siddipet, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy.
Similar conditions till March 26
These weather conditions may continue from 8:30 IST on March 25 to 8:30 IST on March 26. Some areas may receive isolated rainfall and thunderstorms.
Officials said they will monitor the situation and issue updates as needed.
