Telangana to see dry weather, heat rises to 41°C

HYDERABAD: A day after thunderstorms across parts of Telangana, dry weather is expected to prevail in most regions, including Hyderabad, on March 28.
Isolated rain likely in select southern, northern districts
However, meteorological conditions indicate the possibility of isolated rainfall in districts such as Nagarkurnool, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Vikarabad and Bhadradri-Kothagudem.
Heatwave conditions continue across state
Temperatures are set to remain high across Telangana, with northern and eastern districts likely to record between 39°C and 41°C. Hyderabad is expected to witness afternoon temperatures of 38–39°C.
The prevailing conditions indicate a continued heat alert across the state, with dry air dominating most regions despite isolated rain activity.
Authorities have advised residents to remain cautious, avoid prolonged exposure to heat during peak afternoon hours, and stay hydrated.
