HYDERABAD: Thunderstorm activity is expected to intensify across several districts of Telangana over the next few hours, with weather alerts issued for northern and central regions.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are likely in Adilabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Mancherial, Sangareddy, Nagarkurnool, Jagtial and Mulugu districts within the next two hours.
Northern districts to see immediate thunderstorm activity
Weather conditions indicate short-term development of thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds and lightning in these areas. Localised impacts such as brief spells of rain and reduced visibility are possible.
Evening storms forecast for central and eastern Telangana
Additional thunderstorm formation is expected later in the day across Siddipet, Jangaon, Jayashankar Bhupalapally and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts.
Authorities have not issued specific warnings but residents in affected districts are advised to remain cautious during lightning and sudden weather changes.
