HYDERABAD: Directorate announces SSC, OSSC, Vocational exam fee dates for March 2026

HYDERABAD: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, has released the schedule for payment of examination fees for the SSC, OSSC and Vocational Public Examinations to be held in March 2026. The notification applies to both regular and once-failed candidates.

According to the press note issued on October 23, 2025, headmasters and principals must ensure timely fee remittance through the online Cyber Treasury integration and communicate the deadlines to all students. The payment and data submission will be done only through the official website  www.bse.telangana.gov.in.

Deadlines and late fee structure
The due dates for payment of examination fees without late fee are from October 30 to November 13, 2025. The online remittance by headmasters must be completed by November 14, and submission of students’ data to the district education officer (DEO) by November 18. The DEOs must submit the school eNR data to the Directorate by December 10, 2025.

Late fees will apply as follows:

  • ₹50: November 15–29, 2025 (submission up to December 5)

  • ₹200: December 2–11, 2025 (submission up to December 18)

  • ₹500: December 15–29, 2025 (submission up to January 7, 2026)

Fee details and exemptions

For all subjects, the fee is ₹125; for up to three subjects, ₹110; and for vocational courses, ₹60 in addition to the regular fee of ₹125. Students belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Backward Class categories are exempted from paying the examination fee as per government orders.

Instructions to institutions

The Directorate cautioned that no extension will be granted for payment deadlines under any circumstances. Payments made through IFMIS or manual bank challans will not be accepted. All headmasters must compulsorily upload students’ data online within the given schedule.

A user manual detailing the procedure for fee remittance and nominal roll submission has been made available to institutions. Students are advised to contact their respective headmasters or visit the official website for further information.
