Telangana Secretariat employees protest over pending bills, PRC, DA and EHS
HYDERABAD: Telangana Secretariat employees staged a protest at the main gate on Tuesday, demanding that the Congress government resolve their long-pending issues, including pending bills, Pay Revision Commission (PRC) implementation, Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears and Employees Health Scheme (EHS) benefits.
Employees seek immediate release of all outstanding dues
The employees urged the government to release all pending dues without further delay. They also sought settlement of DA arrears and implementation of the PRC.
Protesters demand action on employee health scheme benefits
The employees also raised concerns over EHS benefits and sought an early resolution of issues affecting them. The protest was held at the Secretariat’s main gate in Hyderabad.
The demonstration came amid wider protests by Telangana government employees over pending DA instalments, PRC-related issues, employee bills and health scheme concerns.
