Telangana physiotherapist secures dream job in Germany with TOMCOM support
HYDERABAD: Telangana physiotherapist P. Aishwaryarani has secured a job in Germany with a starting salary of ₹3.5 lakh per month. She achieved the milestone after completing German language training up to the B2 level through the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM).
Aishwaryarani approached TOMCOM to explore overseas employment opportunities. To meet the requirements of Germany‘s healthcare sector, she enrolled in German language training under the organisation’s guidance. She successfully completed the course up to the B2 level. Subsequently, she cleared the required recruitment process and secured the position in Germany.
Minister for Power, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories, and Mines, Dr G. Vivek Venkateshwar, presented the appointment letter to Aishwaryarani. He also congratulated her on securing the overseas placement.
Government aims to expand overseas employment
Speaking on the occasion, Vivek Venkateshwar said the Telangana government is committed to creating better employment opportunities for the state’s youth, both in India and abroad. He noted that demand for skilled professionals is increasing in several sectors across the world. Therefore, the government is preparing young people to meet international employment standards.
He added that TOMCOM is providing skill development and foreign language training. As a result, candidates are better equipped to compete in global job markets.
Training and language skills key to global careers
The minister said educational qualifications, professional skills and foreign language proficiency can help candidates secure well-paying jobs abroad. Furthermore, he said the government is working to create more employment opportunities for Telangana youth in Germany and other countries. According to him, Aishwaryarani’s achievement will inspire many others to pursue international careers.
Officials said Aishwaryarani will begin her job in Germany with a starting monthly salary of ₹3.5 lakh. They added that she may become eligible for a higher salary after completing the mandatory professional training in Germany.
Meanwhile, Employment and Training Department Director Kanthi Wesley congratulated Aishwaryarani. She urged Telangana youth to make use of overseas employment opportunities. She also encouraged them to benefit from TOMCOM’s skill development and foreign language training programmes. According to her, proper training and planning can help candidates secure rewarding international careers.
