Heat rises as winter fades in Telangana
HYDERABAD: Daytime temperatures are steadily increasing across Telangana as the intensity of winter weakens. Residents who avoided using fans until recently are now finding it difficult without them.
Dry weather to persist, mornings remain cool
The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre said dry weather conditions will prevail across the state. While temperatures begin rising from around 10 am, mild cold winds are still being felt during early mornings and late nights.
Power demand up; heat alert issued
Officials said electricity consumption has increased with the rise in temperatures. The weather department warned that temperatures are likely to climb further in the coming days and issued an alert, indicating that this summer could be more severe than usual.
