Telangana Eagle Force Seizes ₹12 Crore Hydroponic Cannabis

HYDERABAD: Telangana Eagle Force carried out a major operation in a drugs case and dismantled an international drug-smuggling network after nearly a month of surveillance.
The force arrested 10 alleged drug peddlers, including the key accused, during the operation. Police seized hydroponic cannabis worth about ₹12 crore from the accused.
Month-long surveillance leads to major drug bust
According to investigators, the network had been under surveillance for nearly a month before the arrests were made. The operation resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of hydroponic cannabis and the detention of the alleged members of the syndicate.
Police trace cannabis supply route from Thailand
Police said the network was primarily supplying hydroponic cannabis from Thailand to Hyderabad. The investigation is continuing to identify other people linked to the alleged smuggling operation and trace the wider supply chain.
