Telangana Drug Control cracks down on unlicensed pharmacies in Hyderabad

FALAKNUMA: In a recent crackdown, the Telangana Drug Control Administration (DCA) raided a medical shop at Jangammet Falaknuma, operating without the required drug license. The officials during the raids seized a concerning cache of medicines valued at approximately Rs. 1.20 lakhs.

Simultaneously, the Drug Control Administration targeted a quack’s clinic in Kothapet Village, Shivampet, in Medak District. Descending upon the suspicious establishment, officials discovered a substantial stockpile of drugs, estimated to be worth Rs. 70,000.

The raids conducted by officials from the Drug Control Administration were aimed at addressing unauthorized medical practices and ensuring the protection of public health in the region.
