DGP B Shivadhar Reddy urges peaceful during October 18 Telangana bandh

HYDERABAD: Director General of Police B Shivadhar Reddy on Thursday appealed to all political parties and the public to observe the bandh scheduled for October 18 peacefully.

Public asked to avoid disruptions during October 18 bandh

He said the police would take strict action under law against anyone involved in unlawful or disruptive activities in the name of the bandh. Police and intelligence teams have been instructed to monitor the situation continuously to prevent untoward incidents.

Reddy directed officials to ensure that the general public does not face inconvenience during the bandh and asked all participants to act responsibly.
