Telangana CM Revanth Reddy seeks investments from Telugu NRIs in America

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy called on Telugu NRIs in New Jersey on August 4 (Sunday), to support their home state by investing in its development.
Addressing a large gathering, Revanth Reddy urged them to contribute to Telangana’s growth and advancement.
During the event, Revanth Reddy highlighted Telangana’s recent progress and future opportunities. He shared on ‘X,’ previously known as Twitter, “On my first-day trip to America, I met with NRIs and discussed several key initiatives. Since the People’s government came to power, we have focused on investments in Begari Kanche, constructing a new city, and developing the Musi riverfront. I explained our recent developments to our NRI community and the welfare programs being implemented in the state.”

Revanth Reddy encouraged NRIs to invest in Telangana, assuring them of the government’s commitment to creating a favorable investment environment. “People should have faith in public governance and invest in the state, confident that every rupee invested will be rewarded. The Telangana government is investor-friendly, and foreign investors are assured of this,” he said.
The Chief Minister’s visit to the United States kicks off a strategic investment tour aimed at creating partnerships and promoting economic development in Telangana. His team received a warm welcome upon their arrival at New York Airport. Over the next ten days, the tour will continue across different cities in America and then extend to South Korea.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said, “Beginning our investment tour from the important city of New York has been incredibly rewarding. Our Telugu brothers and sisters here welcomed us with immense love and affection. We share a common dream to make Telangana even greater.”
The Chief Minister’s delegation includes Industry IT Minister Sridhar Babu Duddilla and other senior officials.
