Tech Mahindra dispute: Bhavana Sharma still awaits Anand Mahindra meeting
HYDERABAD: Bhavana Sharma, a former Tech Mahindra employee, said she is still waiting for an appointment with Anand Mahindra.
Sharma earlier protested outside the company’s Hyderabad campus over her alleged termination. She said the company acted against her after she sought leave because her daughter was unwell.
Sharma said she approached Mahindra to raise her concerns but has not received an appointment. She said officials instead asked her to resolve the matter at the state level.
Tech Mahindra has denied her termination claim. The company said her employment remains active. It also said it formally communicated the continuation of her employment to Sharma on July 23, 2026.
The dispute gained attention after videos of Sharma’s protest circulated online. Sharma has also raised concerns about her workplace treatment and said she wants the company to address her grievances.
