HYDERABAD: The task force team conducts an inspection at the Central Kitchen of Swiss Castle Bakery in Uppal on Sunday. The team discovers several violations, leading to immediate actions and the seizure of goods.

The inspection reveals expired food items, including 3 kg of Green Moong and 2 kg of Eating Soda, which are promptly discarded. Additionally, they seize 600 bottles of packaged drinking water due to a low TDS of only 27 ppm found during the spot inspection.

The inspection also notes that food handlers wear hair caps, gloves, and aprons, adhering to hygiene standards. Pest control records for the premises available with the FBO and found to be conducting fortnightly. Water analysis reports for RO water used in food preparation are available, and the FSSAI license true copy is displayed at the entrance of the premises.
