Srinagar Colony crash injures biker after cab hits divider
HYDERABAD:Â A car caused a disruption on Srinagar Colony main road after the driver lost control near a traffic signal on Wednesday.
The cab driver, travelling from Krishna Nagar towards Ameerpet, was looking at his phone when he drove onto the divider. The front portion of the car was damaged in the incident.
During the sequence, the driver hit a biker passing nearby, leaving him injured. The biker sustained injuries and was moved aside by bystanders before police arrived.
Traffic movement slowed in the area following the crash as the damaged car blocked part of the road. Commuters faced brief delays during peak movement hours.
Madhura Nagar police reached the spot after receiving information. They removed the vehicle with the help of a crane and regulated traffic. No further details were immediately available on the condition of the injured biker.
