RCB and SRH players train at Uppal Stadium before IPL clash in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru trained at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium on Thursday ahead of their Indian Premier League match scheduled for Friday.

The Uppal stadium is set to host another high-voltage clash before the IPL playoffs begin. Large crowds gathered at the venue on Thursday to watch RCB star batter Virat Kohli during the practice session. However, fans were disappointed after Kohli did not turn up for training.

Players undergo intensive training session

Ishan Kishan, Nitish Kumar Reddy and spinner Saqib Hussain were seen practising intensively for Sunrisers Hyderabad. RCB captain Rajat Patidar also spent time in the nets during the session.

Tickets witness heavy demand

With this being the final IPL match of the season in Hyderabad and RCB enjoying one of the league’s biggest fan bases, tickets for the contest witnessed heavy demand among cricket fans.
