Speeding car crashes into road median in Banjara Hills, driver escapes

Banjara Hills: A speeding car lost control and crashed into a road median in Banjara Hills early Tuesday morning, November 19, 2024. The incident took place around 6:00 a.m.
According to the reports, the driver fled the scene shortly after the accident.
After receiving alerts about the crash, police officers from the Banjara Hills police station quickly arrived at the accident spot. The vehicle was identified as one typically used to transport IT employees. A case has been filed, and investigations are currently underway.
In another accident, a Porsche lost control and collided with the grill of KBR Park on Road Number 14 on Friday, November 1, 2024. The driver fled the scene, leading to suspicions that he may have been under the influence of alcohol. The vehicle’s airbag deployed, preventing what could have been a fatal crash.
Earlier, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, a speeding car overturned on Road Number 14 near Praja Bhavan in Punjagutta, causing minor injuries to the passengers. Witnesses reported that the car was speeding before it lost control and flipped. Police arrived promptly at the scene, and the injured, all young men, were treated for minor injuries.
In a separate incident on August 18, 2024, four individuals were injured when their BMW collided with a road divider at Masab Tank around 7:30 a.m. The vehicle was traveling from Khairatabad toward Banjara Hills when the driver, Jitesh, lost control. Witnesses assisted the injured, two men and two women and later transported to a private hospital for medical treatment.
