HYDERABAD: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner and Hyderabad District Election Officer R.V. Karnan has appealed to all citizens who have completed 18 years of age as on July 1, 2025, to register as voters in the ongoing Special Summary Revision–2025 for the 61-Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency.

He urged new voters to complete the process by September 17, 2025.

Citizens can register using:

  • Form 6 – New registration for general electors

  • Form 7 – Objection to proposed inclusion or deletion of name in the electoral roll

  • Form 8 – Shifting of residence, corrections, replacement of Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC), or marking of Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

Voter registration can be done online through the Voter Helpline App or the official portals: ceotelangana.nic.in, ecinet.eci.gov.in, and eci.gov.in.

For assistance, citizens may approach their Booth Level Officer, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, Electoral Registration Officer, or District Election Officer. They can also call the toll-free helpline 1950.

“Voter registration is not only a democratic right but also a civic responsibility. All eligible electors must actively participate in strengthening the democratic process,” Karnan said.
