How to Fill SIR-2026 Enumeration Form Online via Voters’ Service Portal

HYDERABAD: Electors can now submit enumeration forms online as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 through the Voters’ Service Portal.
To complete the process, voters must visit the Voters’ Service Portal and log in using their registered mobile number. After OTP verification, they can access the dashboard and select the “Fill Enumeration Form” option.
Electors are required to verify details available in the electoral roll, including their name, Elector Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number, Aadhaar details, if linked, and other particulars. They can then complete the form, verify the information provided, e-sign it and submit it through OTP authentication.
Acknowledgement to be shared with BLO
Once submitted, the form will be recorded in the system for SIR-2026. Electors are advised to retain the acknowledgement generated after successful submission and share it with the booth-level officer (BLO) during verification visits.
Online and offline options available
The online submission facility became available on June 25 and will remain open until July 24. Meanwhile, BLOs will visit households to distribute and collect enumeration forms as part of the revision exercise.
Citizens may choose either the online or offline mode for submitting the forms. No documents are required to be uploaded during the enumeration process.
