Crocodile Spotted Again Along Musi River

SHAMSHABAD: A crocodile caused panic near the historic Vendikonda Siddeshwara Swamy Temple in the Shamshabad municipality limits of Ranga Reddy district on Tuesday.

Devotees were alarmed after spotting the crocodile in the stream near the temple’s main entrance. Locals said a similar sighting had occurred earlier in the same area.

With a large number of devotees visiting the temple during the Karthika month, the presence of the crocodile has created fear among the visitors.

Residents have urged forest officials to capture the reptile immediately to prevent any untoward incident.
