Shamshabad BJP leader Kolanu Pradeep Reddy joins BRS

HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suffered a setback in Shamshabad municipality after senior party leader Kolanu Pradeep Reddy resigned and joined the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Tuesday.
The joining took place at Telangana Bhavan in the presence of BRS working president K T Rama Rao.
The event was organised under the leadership of BRS leader Patlolla Karthik Reddy. KTR draped the party’s pink scarf on Pradeep Reddy and welcomed him into the fold.
KTR said that Pradeep Reddy’s goodwill and popularity in the Shamshabad area would strengthen the party. Along with Pradeep Reddy, his followers and supporters also joined the BRS.
