Santosh Nagar steel flyover to be completed by June: GHMC chief

HYDERABAD: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner R.V. Karnan has directed engineering officials to complete the Chanchalguda–Santosh Nagar steel flyover by June.
Karnan issued the instructions during an unscheduled inspection of the project at Santosh Nagar on March 24, 2026. He reviewed the progress of the ongoing works and asked officials to expedite construction.
The Commissioner stressed that June should be treated as a firm deadline and warned against delays. He instructed engineers to ensure timely execution of all pending works.
Charminar Zonal Commissioner Srinivas Reddy and other senior officials accompanied Karnan during the inspection.
