Sangareddy Crash Oil Tanker Overturns After Truck Collision Two Injured
HYDERABAD: A road accident involving an oil tanker and a container truck disrupted traffic on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Kollur in Sangareddy district on Friday.
According to available information, a container truck belonging to Safe Express Company rammed into an oil tanker from behind while heading towards Kollur. The impact caused the tanker to overturn on the carriageway.
Both drivers sustained injuries in the accident. Authorities shifted them to a hospital for treatment.
The damaged vehicles lay across the road, bringing traffic to a halt temporarily. Commuters faced inconvenience as the incident occurred during peak hours.
Police respond swiftly, restore traffic movement
Kollur police reached the spot soon after receiving information. They arranged for the injured to be moved to hospital and initiated efforts to clear the road.
Police personnel removed the vehicles and regulated traffic, restoring normal movement after a brief disruption.
