Massive fire at Centuary mattress warehouse in Sangareddy; no casualties
HYDERABAD: A major fire broke out at a Centuary mattress warehouse in the IDA Bollaram Industrial Area of Sangareddy district on Saturday night.
Fire tenders rushed to the spot and launched firefighting operations. The blaze was brought under control after several hours, preventing it from spreading to nearby industrial units. Thick smoke and flames engulfed the warehouse during the incident.
No casualties were reported in the incident, officials said.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Authorities are expected to investigate the incident after the site is declared safe.
