HYDERABAD: A 47-year-old man was killed after a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (Telangana State Road Transport Corporation) bus hit his motorcycle in Yacharam police station limits on Sunday.

Collision during U-turn at village junction

According to police and local residents, the victim, Jatavath Hariya (47), a resident of Venkateswara Thanda in Datpally Thanda of Yacharam mandal, was taking a U-turn on his two-wheeler at the Mondi Goureli crossroads bend when the accident occurred.

Victim dies while being shifted to hospital

An RTC bus coming from the opposite direction reportedly rammed into the motorcycle, leaving Hariya critically injured. He was shifted to hospital in an ambulance but died on the way, police said.

Case registered, probe on

Police registered a case and said an investigation was under way.
