Rolls-Royce & Hyderabad’s Azad Engineering sign deal to supply civil aircraft engine parts

Hyderabad: Rolls-Royce PLC, London—United Kingdom, on February 5, 2025, entered into a long-term agreement with Azad Engineering Limited, based in Hyderabad, India, to produce critical civil aircraft engine components. Under the deal, Azad Engineering will supply complex, machined parts for the life of the engine program.
This agreement further strengthens the ongoing partnership between Rolls-Royce and Azad Engineering, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to innovation and precision engineering in aerospace manufacturing.

In a statement, Azad Engineering confirmed the deal, which will see Azad Engineering deliver vital components for civil aircraft engines. The partnership is designed to support Rolls-Royce’s global supply chain.
This latest deal follows an earlier agreement signed on January 29, 2024, where Azad Engineering was contracted to supply critical components for Rolls-Royce’s military aircraft engines over a seven-year period.
Details of the agreement were disclosed in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as per the regulatory filing.
