Three of family killed after lorry hits their bike at Medchal check post

As per reports, all three of them died on the spot following the accident while their bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
A family of four consisting of husband, wife, their daughter and son were going on a motorcycle and their two-wheeler was hit by a speeding lorry. The three members of the family died while the boy sustained grievous injuries in the mishap. Locals shifted the injured boy to a nearby hospital where he is undergoing treatment. Upon learning about the incident, the police reached the site and started gathering details about the accident. More details are awaited.

Heartbroken son ends life in Lalaguda

A young man, who was distressed after losing his mother to a chronic illness, took his own life by hanging from a ceiling fan in his house in Lalaguda, the police said on Saturday.

The deceased man was identified as 28-year-old Abhinay Kumar, a resident of Lalapet. The police said that Kumar had been depressed ever since his mother passed away. As Kumar shared a strong bond with his mother, he could not cope up with her loss and eventually ended his life.

Kumar’s neighbours informed the police about a foul smell emanating from the house. The police reached the place and forcibly opened the main door and found his body in a decomposed state. It is suspected that he may have died at least two days ago. The police officials shifted the body to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
